D3 provided a COMPLIMENTARY 7-hour 3ds Max introductory training as part of Autodesk's Customer FLOW Program to help individuals impacted by furlough or layoff. The offer in and of itself was generous. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and engaging the entire day. The hands-on experience gained is a huge value add; and upped by skill set during this downtime.

I recently purchased Inventor HSM from D3 for a new curtainwall extrusion CNC machine, and I am happy with the package I received. Recently, I ran into a small snag with the project that I was working on. Pete Strycharske assisted me in finding a solution to the snag quickly. Again, he was professional and answered my questions promptly.

Over the years I have worked with other providers of other types of CAD software that do not carry themselves as professionally as D3 does.

Annually, Vilter Manufacturing-Emerson makes sure we upgrade our Autodesk Vault Professional Suite software. We started this project back in February but had to put it on hold due to the Coronavirus pandemic. D3 waited and was understanding of our new time frames for our upgrade. We have a rather complex upgrade mainly due to a custom sync program we use between our Autodesk Vault and our Dynamics AX ERP system. The project manager was able to coordinate meetings and resources well for us. The software engineer/technician we were assigned had great familiarity with our environment and the versions we were using. Jared Alexander is very professional, very skilled and knowledgeable, and a consistent, dependable performer. We trusted him. Lastly, he was and is very easy and pleasant to work with. He listened well and calmly addressed all phases and facets of our upgrade. We had great success this year with no post-upgrade residuals to deal with for our end users.
